Once you submit your support request, you may expect the following response from Provex:

  • We generate a service request with a unique ticket number that you can use to track your request.
  • Our system will automatically email you confirmation that your ticket has been submitted for our review.
  • Once our engineer begins working on your request, we will contact you to discuss the issue. We communicate any updates during the resolution phase via phone or email.
  • Once we have communicated and confirmed resolution of the request, we will close the ticket. You can respond to our closure communication to reopen the ticket if necessary within 30 days.
